This dynamic, multi-language website is built with ExpressionEngine Content Management System (CMS).
First built this website for BARCC back in 2007. In 2017 we updated the site's design and layout.
This site conforms to standards for Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), which not only makes the information fully accessible to people with disabilities or that use adaptive technologies, it also ensures that the information presents well on handheld devices and other alternative browsers.

Bree has been working with me on our agency’s website since we did a complete redesign in 2008. She is great. She is incredibly responsive - I send her an e-mail and she always gets right back to me. She is innovative - always willing to add new things to our website. She is patient with me going in and entering content directly into the CMS, sometimes not in the right way. She is great to work with - never gets stressed out and always fun to work with.
